SUKOON
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026.
This policy describes how SUKOON handles information in the mobile app and on this public website. It does not make claims beyond what the product currently does.
This website
The public landing pages do not require an account. They do not display your personal information. They do not expose admin tools, API credentials, or private configuration.
Guest use in the app
You can use SUKOON as a guest. Guest choices, session history, and preferences stay on the device unless you create an account and sync.
Accounts
If you create an account, SUKOON stores a name, email address, and a hashed password. Sign-in uses a device token. This public website does not collect account credentials.
What can sync
When you are signed in, the app can sync activity history, favorites, daily routine, reminder settings, program progress, session and sleep and focus preferences, language, theme, and onboarding choices. Device notification identifiers and in-flight session snapshots are not synced. Premium entitlement is determined by the server from store verification, not from a local toggle.
Reminders
Reminders are local on your device. SUKOON only asks for notification permission if you choose to enable them. They are not sent from a server.
Subscriptions
Premium purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. SUKOON does not process card payments on this website. Store receipts or tokens may be sent to the SUKOON API to verify entitlement.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from the app. Deletion requires your password. It removes the account, favorites, sync data, and subscription history held by SUKOON. Local guest data on the device is left in place.
Wellness, not medical records
SUKOON is a wellness app. It is not a medical service and is not designed to hold clinical records.
